It was pretty difficult to solve this one, there was a lot of running around. I already started the quest before I decided to record it so this is just halfway to the end starting with the task Use the lens to investigate.
There are many kitsune silhouettes within the area so I marked them for you.
Task List:
Use the lens to investigate.
Recite the sacred words in front of the Sky Kitsune Statue.
Destroy the barrier.

Location of FIRST LINE
I don't know what to call this part of the shrine but I will just say the important parts and emphasize it.
Pin of the FIRST LINE in the map. In case you don't know where to find it, here is the pin in the map.
This is the SECOND LINE in front of the big house (that I was not able to include in the screenshot because I was facing the kitsune statue).
But to compensate for it, here is the pin to the SECOND LINE in the map.
And lastly, this is the THIRD LINE. There are other kitsune statues within the area, so in case you need a guide.
And then here is the pin for the THIRD LINE.
TASK: RECITE THE SACRED WORDS IN FRONT OF THE SKY KITSUNE STATUE
Go back to the Sky Kitsune Statue. You are required the recite the lines you've gathered from the three mini kitsune statues from earlier. You will see the following choices. You can just follow that in order because they are already in order.
TASK: FIND THE BARRIER
Behind the Sky Kitsune Statue, keep moving forward and you will see a pool with cryo slimes. Defeat the them or stealthily ignore (lol) and go to the entrance you will see under the terrain where you jumped from. If this is confusing, see the pin in the screenshot below.

Problem: No Rust-worn key with me
Oh no what will we do! You don't have a key! Well if that is the case, you most likely did not explore the well back at Konda. So let's backtrack your steps.
You don't remember?
We did a quest before. A Strange Story in Konda where we investigated and got this well unlocked. The key is somewhere down here so let's jump back in!
Once you enter the first barrier and solved the puzzle there. You will see if you look up that there is another barrier. Go through that, don't forget to get some of those electro stuff to enter.
Once you've entered, you can now loot the place.
This is the LOCATION OF THE RUST-WORN KEY. Take it!
Now you can go back to the barrier earlier and finish another puzzle.
From our initial (what do you call this?) lamp, turn right the number should be THREE. Go around the big tree and make sure all other lamps have the number three. The LAST lamp (location in t he MIDDLE) should be number two.
Three lamps around the tree should be 3.
One lamp in the middle near the tree should be 2.
Then start and be ready for a battle!
